General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Participation

Mia Couture Gift Box Opening Game

The purpose of these conditions is to define the terms and conditions of the exceptional game organized by Mia Couture during its private sales, allowing customers to try and win a gift from a prestigious selection. This game is designed to offer an immersive and elegant experience, in line with the brand's expertise.

1. Game Mechanics

• A series of gift boxes will be displayed in the boutique throughout the private sales period.
  
• For any dress purchase, the customer will be offered the opportunity to select a gift box and open it immediately.
  
• The box will contain a tag announcing the potential prize or the mention "lost".
  
• Opening the box by the customer constitutes definitive participation in the game: no re-entry, box exchange, or claim regarding the choice of the box can be made.
  

2. Eligibility Conditions

• The game is exclusively reserved for customers purchasing a dress during the private sales organized by Mia Couture.
  
• Any participation is conditional on a firm and definitive purchase of at least one dress, made during the private sales period.
  
• The game takes place only on-site, within the dedicated sales area.
  

3. Prizes

A total of 150 gift boxes will be offered over three days, broken down as follows:

• One evening gown valued at €2,500, to be chosen exclusively from the current evening gown collection (1 prize).
  
• -10% discount vouchers valid only on the new 2026 collection. Vouchers are neither exchangeable nor cumulative and apply only to the purchase of a dress (5 prizes).
  
• Jewelry Accessories:
  
  - Pairs of earrings with a unit value of €49 (10 prizes);
  
  - Bracelets with a unit value of €69. (10 prizes)
  

4. Prize Award Conditions

• The prize is determined exclusively by the tag contained in the gift box selected by the customer.
  
• The prize obtained cannot be exchanged, refunded, or be subject to financial or material compensation.
  
• For the dress won, the choice must be made from the models available at the time of selection. No special order, customization, or specific adaptation can be demanded.
  
• Discount vouchers must be used according to their specific conditions (validity dates, relevant collection, single use).
  

5. Limitation of Liability

• Mia Couture reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the game in case of force majeure or exceptional circumstances, without this giving rise to any compensation.
  
• The company cannot be held responsible for improper handling of the box by the customer or a misunderstanding of these conditions.

6. Acceptance of Conditions

Participation in the game implies full and complete acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Participation. No claim relating to the conduct of the game, the choice of the box, or the content of the prize obtained will be accepted.

7. Additional Information

Mia Couture private sales, as well as the gift box opening game, will take place exclusively from November 28 to 30, 2025.
The game is organized only at the pop-up showroom in Paris

• Won jewelry prizes must be collected directly at the Arcueil showroom, upon receipt of your order, otherwise they will be forfeited.
  
• Discount vouchers are valid from 01/12/2025 to 27/11/2026. They cannot be used before or after these dates.

• The won evening gown must be ordered directly at the Arcueil showroom before 30/01/2026, otherwise it will be forfeited.
